Most of the volume discount is reached by 10,000 pieces. Heavier paper costs more but holds up better on a fridge or counter.
Mail prep
EDDM requires bundles of 50 to 100 pieces, a facing slip on each bundle, and a PS Form 3587 filed at the post office that serves your routes. We charge $0.012 per piece with a $95 minimum. Doing it yourself takes several hours for a large mailing.
Design
Design is $495 per new piece, about 5 cents each on 10,000 flyers. It is the smallest line on the bill and has the biggest effect on results, because the offer decides whether anyone calls.

Questions
Common questions
Do I pay postage up front?
Yes. USPS collects postage when the mail is dropped off.
Is design included in print quotes?
Usually not, so ask. Ours includes it.
Which size should I mail?
Usually the larger sizes. Postage is the same for all of them, so a bigger piece costs only a little more in total and is harder to miss.
